Terms/Returns

Glitz Lighting Gallery warranties that all items will arrive complete, intact, and undamaged.  All items are photographed and documented at packing in the factory, then once more upon arrival in Brooklyn, prior to shipping.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, any merchandise issues will be rectified in a timely manner, once we have been notified.
