Electrical fixtures must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical and building requirements. Confirm mounting support, clearances, and electrical compatibility before installation.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are shown at checkout. Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.

Submitting an order authorizes payment of the total shown at checkout. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an availability issue, an incorrect listing, or a payment problem, we will contact you. We will not substitute merchandise or increase an agreed order price without your approval. If we cancel an order, any payment collected for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.

For a manual payment method, follow the instructions provided with your order. An order is not treated as paid until payment is confirmed. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; whether a change can be accommodated depends on the item and its production or fulfillment status. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Production, shipping, and delivery

Our Shipping Information explains production estimates, shipping charges, and how to report delivery damage. Made-to-order production time is separate from carrier transit time. Please review the specific product's lead time and contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. If we learn of a material delay affecting your order, we will communicate with you about available options. Nothing in these terms limits any notice, cancellation, or refund rights required by applicable law.

Returns, final-sale items, and order problems

Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs return eligibility, authorization, deadlines, fees, and refund processing. All Glitz Custom Collection items and Crystal Sculptures are final sale, as described in that policy and the product listings.

Final-sale restrictions do not remove our responsibility for damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly shipped, or materially misdescribed merchandise. For visible shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible and provide your order information and clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging. This reporting request does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
