Production and shipping times
Made-to-order collection: Our displayed collection is custom made to order and generally ships in 2–4 weeks. Carrier transit time is additional.
Peacock sculpture — made to order / preorder only: Each Peacock is produced only after an order is placed. Please allow approximately 4–6 months from the date of your order for production before shipping. Carrier transit time is additional. There is no scheduled restock date.
Stocked merchandise: Items confirmed as physically in stock ship within 2 business days. This timeframe does not apply to made-to-order items or preorders.
Lead times are estimates. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Most orders ship by FedEx standard ground service.

Shipping damage
For visible shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible so we can address the claim quickly.
