Shipping

Shipping Time:  All in stock merchandise will ship within 2 business days.  Items not in stock will have an estimated ETA date.  Most orders will ship FedEx standard ground service.

Shipping Costs:  Free Shipping on all fixtures going by FedEx ground service.

Shipping Policy:  Customer must inform us by email (GlitzLighting@aol.com) of any damages to the box or merchandise via the shipping process within 48 hours of receipt.  Photos must be provided. 

Glitz Lighting Gallery will provide a remedy to the issues in a timely manner.

Glitz Lighting Gallery will send either replacement parts or a new fixture at its choosing.  Glitz Lighting Gallery will also provide RMA call tags, free of charge, where/when applicable.
